The TR-MT8E is an awesome truck right out of the box. However, even the best trucks can benefit from a few upgrades.

Assuming you already have a good set of LiPo batteries and charger, our number one recommended upgrade for the TR-MT8E is the center diff set.

Why we like the center diff for the TR-MT8E:

• Improved drivability
• Fewer wheelies = faster
• More control
• Less prone to damage other driveline components
• Still does wheelies but only when you really want to
• Can be tuned with 200k - 500k diff oil to change the trucks driving behavior
